Key Responsibilities:
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen
- Manage one of the four kitchen sections confidently
- Contribute creative ideas towards menu development
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee health & safety, ordering and rota management
What we're looking for:
To succeed as Junior Sous Chef, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
- Strong knowledge across all kitchen sections
- Confidence leading and supporting a team
- A passion for modern British cuisine and sustainability
- A proactive attitude and willingness to develop further
This role is Commutable from Newquay and offers the chance to grow within a forward-thinking kitchen, with real progression opportunities into senior roles.
