We're looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join this growing and popular kitchen. This is a hands-on role supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, helping manage the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring smooth service.

Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in mentoring junior chefs
* Leading the pass during service when needed
* Helping maintain overall kitchen standards
