Following a very successful opening, we are now looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a chef who wants to cook at a high level while working in a professional, supportive kitchen environment with a small, focused team. About the Role As Junior Sous Chef , you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensure consistently high standards across all services. Our kitchen values organisation, teamwork, and creativity , with a strong emphasis on seasonal produce and thoughtful presentation. Salary: £40,000 per annum (including service charge) Hours: 50 hours per week Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Key Responsibilities Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen

Maintaining high standards in preparation, cooking, and presentation

Running sections confidently during service

Ensuring strong food hygiene and kitchen organisation

Assisting with ordering, stock control, and waste management

Training and supporting junior members of the kitchen team

Contributing ideas to menu development and seasonal dishes

What Were Looking For Experience in a quality restaurant, fine dining, or Michelin-level kitchen

Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail

Passion for modern European cuisine and seasonal ingredients

Calm and organised during busy service

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A professional and positive attitude in the kitchen

Good command of English
