This is a key role for a chef ready to take on more responsibility and develop their craft on the grill. The Role & You: You will have a primary focus on managing and mastering the grill section, preparing premium proteins to exacting standards. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of a busy, high-quality kitchen as we prepare to move to a 7-day service . You will help lead and mentor a tight-knit team alongside another Junior Sous. We need a reliable, skilled, and passionate chef to bring stability and energy to our kitchen. We're Looking For: A chef with solid experience in a quality-focused kitchen A genuine passion for and confidence with grilling, understanding quality produce is essential. A reliable, hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. A proactive attitude, keen to help develop others and maintain standards. The Details: Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. Hours: Approximately 45-48 hours per week. Location: Chelsea, London. Cuisine: Seasonal, modern British—focused on elegant, ingredient-led plates.
