What's on Offer £31,000 per year + approx. £6,000 tips OTE around £37,000 per annum 45 hours per week Straight shifts No early starts, primary focus on dinner service Latest finish typically 21:30 City centre location with excellent transport links About the Role We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is: Professional, presentable, and confident - this role involves significant front of house visibility. Well mannered and collaborative , able to slot into a close knit and supportive team. Passionate about producing fresh, vibrant, relaxed yet elegant dishes . Focused on flavour, consistency, and quality . Experienced in leading a kitchen during service and supporting the Head Chef in day to day operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality dishes with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Support menu development and contribute creative ideas. Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members. Work collaboratively with both back and front of house teams.
