Excellent Junior Sous Chef Opportunity with Newly Opened Restaurant
A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Sutton Scotney & Stockbridge area for a Chef to work in their newly opened fresh food restaurant. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals for breakfast and lunch service using all fresh seasonal ingredients. They also run events such as parties, weddings and conferences as the buisness grows. You will work 5 day shifts from 7 currently though flexibity will be needed as the events side grows which will then need evening coverage.
Due to location you will need transport

The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the kitchen using fresh seasonal ingredients
Preparing meals for restauarnt and takeaway
The Person
You will already be a Chef de Partie or Junior Chef wanting a new challenge
Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
Flexible atttiude to fit needs of growning new venture
