As Junior Sous Chef, youll support the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing MEP and service of an innovative and technical tasting menu, using ingredients of the highest quality.
The restaurant currently holds 2 Michelin Stars and remains ambitious.

The Person
Previous experience at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level within 1-2 Michelin Star standard restaurants is essential for this role. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
Availability to work a mixture of shifts and hours throughout the week.
