RedSeven Marketing is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and developing practical sales skills in a customer-facing environment. No previous sales experience is required — full training is provided.

This is a face-to-face sales position, where you will represent our clients directly, engage with customers, and work towards individual and team sales targets.

The Role:

• Conduct face-to-face sales conversations with customers
• Represent clients professionally in public-facing environments
• Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently
• Work towards weekly sales targets with support from the team
• Apply structured sales techniques learned through training
• Deliver a high standard of customer interaction and service
