Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant – Engineering

Location: London

Salary: Up to £32,000 + Commission

Our client is a well-established and growing recruitment agency specialising in the engineering sector. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality talent solutions, they are now looking to expand their London team by hiring a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant.


The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to join a high-performing recruitment team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of engineering recruitment projects while developing their own client and candidate relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage engineering candidates through various sourcing methods
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients/candidates
  • Support senior consultants with live vacancies and recruitment processes
  • Write and advertise job roles across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate records within the internal CRM system


Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Minimum 6 months recruitment experience - Open to industry
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and resilient
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
