Junior Quantity Surveyor Location:  Nationwide Reports to:  Commercial Manager Employment Type:  Full-Time We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, offering a pathway for career progression within the industry. Day-to-day of the role: Estimating & Budgeting Assist in preparing cost estimates for tenders and pre-construction stages. Review technical drawings and scopes of work to produce accurate cost breakdowns. Support project budgeting and financial forecasting. Provide pricing for reactive maintenance and small works packages. Contribute to tender submissions for larger commercial projects. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering. Procurement & Supplier Coordination Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Assist with the procurement of materials and services in line with project timelines.
