Job Title: Junior Property ManagerLocation: Elstree, HertfordshireSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking residential property management business based in Elstree.This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management, supporting the day-to-day running of a portfolio of residential developments. You will work closely with senior property managers, gaining hands-on experience across block and estate management while delivering a high standard of service to residents, leaseholders, and clients.The business prides itself on delivering well-maintained developments, clear communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues-focusing on creating safe, well-managed communities where residents can enjoy their homes. ()Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of a portfolio of residential blocks and estatesAct as a first point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractorsCoordinate maintenance works, repairs, and contractor attendanceRaise and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasksSupport with site inspections and ensure developments are maintained to a high standardLiaise with contractors regarding quotes, works, and service deliveryAssist in managing service charge budgets and expenditure trackingHandle general correspondence, including emails, calls, and resident queriesSupport with health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and statutory requirementsMaintain accurate property records and internal systemsEscalate complex issues to senior property managers where requiredRequirementsPrevious experience within property management, lettings, or a property-related role (preferred but not essential)Strong customer service and communication skillsHighly organised with good attention to detailAbility to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasksConfident using Microsoft Office and property management systemsA proactive and problem-solving mindsetFull UK driving licence (preferred)DesirableUnderstanding of block management or leasehold propertyKnowledge of service charge budgets and property complianceWorking towards or interested in gaining a recognised property qualification (e.g. IRPM / ARMA)What's on OfferCompetitive salary with clear progression opportunitiesOngoing training and professional developmentExposure to a varied portfolio of residential developmentsSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to build a long-term career within property managementThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into or progress within property management, gaining valuable experience in a structured and supportive environment.To apply, please submit your CV today.
