Job Description

nimbl is recruiting an ambitious Junior Project Manager for it's client an award winning Brand Experience agency. This is a REALLY exciting role working across a range of live events and experiences including a large line up of festivals.


You will be organised, collaborative, and flexible in your approach to work, we liken this role to the central cog that keeps everything and everyone else turning! This role will report into a Senior Project Manager.


Title: Junior Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000, plus benefits

Location: London Bridge 4 days / 1 WFH


THE ROLE

Client services

  • Supports delivery of large-scale project work by coordinating and updating project management documentation, such as timing plans, status reports, contact reports, budgets, and briefing documents.
  • Leads on smaller scale projects
  • Works independently to deliver against client objectives and requirements, manages upwards for important issues that impact project success and outcomes.
  • Identifies key milestones and manages project timelines. Ensures deadlines are communicated and met.
  • Reports and evaluates the success of a campaign against associated objectives.
  • Builds strong relationships with wider teams, understanding their role within the overall delivery of a project.
  • Provides accurate information to suppliers, venues and other third parties. Ensures it is documented, saved, filed and accessible for all.
  • Understands the design and creative process. Briefs creative, design and artwork teams effectively and collaboratively. Familiar with brand guidelines and approval processes.
  • Continually seeks ways to add value to client via information, service, and commercial efficiencies. Takes a proactive approach to client needs.


Finance

  • Understands the financial process, obtains client purchase orders before commencing significant work.
  • Tracks costs against budgets for client campaigns ensuring that things are delivered on time and in budget. Reconciles budgets on a regular basis to ensure costs are posted correctly and jobs have not gone over budget.
  • Raises supplier POs with adequate detail and scope. Bills everything that can be.
  • Completes timesheets weekly.
  • Able to create simple budgets for internal approval. Does not commit the agency to unrealistic timings or budgets Works in the spirit of time is money, focusing appropriate effort into tasks.
