Who we’re looking for
NQ–2 PQE private family solicitor
Previous experience in private family law
Able to assist on cases and gradually build caseload
Committed to getting involved in business development from the outset
Has run some of their own cases (Desired)
Advocacy experience (Desired)
Already involved in BD activities (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
Assist on a range of private family matters including:
Divorce
Financial remedy
Private children work
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
International family issues
Build your own caseload gradually with strong supervision and support
Represent clients in court when required
Get involved in business development to grow the firm’s private family law brand
Contribute to the team’s collaborative, inclusive culture
Salary & Benefits
£45,000–£53,000 (top of market rate for this level)
24 days’ holiday (rising to 27) plus your birthday off
