This role provides hands‑on technical development, direct mentorship, and exposure to all stages of the design lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:\n\nAssisting with mechanical calculations, drawings, and technical documentation\nSupporting the use of Revit and IES (training will be provided)\nHelping prepare design schedules, specifications, and reports\nWorking alongside senior engineers to understand design standards and compliance\nGaining exposure to client meetings, coordination, and project delivery\nSupporting project teams across multiple sectors\n\nThis is an office‑based position with structured progression pathways.\nWhat you'll need to succeed \nYou will need a genuine interest in building services engineering and the potential to develop quickly.
