We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for one of our clients, a global business and a leader in their field. They are looking for a Junior Maintenance Technician to join their long-standing team.
As a Junior Maintenance Technician, you will be maintaining and repairing moulds to ensure they are ready for production when needed. You will be working closely with the Engineering and Production teams to enhance tool reliability and minimise downtime.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, rotational shifts (6am-2pm & 8am-4pm)

Key Responsibilities for a Junior Maintenance Technician
* Maintain and repair moulds during planned maintenance to ensure optimal performance
* Supporting the production team with any issues and carrying out reactive maintenance to reduce downtime
* Carry out maintenance focusing on safety and accuracy
* Updating systems and logging any works that have been carried out
Key Skills for a Junior Maintenance Technician
* Proven maintenance or mechanical experience
* Background in production or manufacturing environment
* Comfortable using IT systems
* Proactive and strong attention to detail
