We’re the Logistics Operations Team at Sappi – a young, energetic group that keeps things moving. We ensure our products are delivered from our facilities to our customers efficiently and on time. Our responsibilities include managing continental transport, overseas shipments, logistics complaints, and documentation – all with a team spirit and a problem-solving mindset.
As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you will support operational tasks related to logistics documentation for our organization in Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and approve overseas freight shipping documentation,
- Check whether logistics providers issued documentation on time,
- Ensure regular information flow between all involved parties,
- Work closely with Central Logistics and Planners Teams,
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels inside and outside the organization,
- Use CI tools to improve existing processes and procedures.
Your profile:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics,
- Experience in Logistics or a related field is a plus,
- Strong English skills (written and spoken),
- Comfortable working in an international team,
- Good MS Office skills (SAP experience is a plus),
- Organized, analytical, and reliable with deadlines,
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
We are hybrid and flexible:
In Krakow, we work in a hybrid model, expecting presence in the office at least twice a week.
