We work with clients across technology, telecom and financial services sectors. The Role We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support the company’s legal and commercial operations. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career lawyer who wants to gain hands‑on experience working closely with a growing technology company. You will support contract management, compliance processes and day‑to‑day legal matters across the business. Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts Prepare and manage NDAs, service agreements and partnership agreements Support the sales team with contract documentation Assist with legal research and regulatory compliance Maintain internal legal documentation and contract records Support legal aspects of international business activities Work with senior legal advisors and external law firms when needed

Requirements

Law degree (UK or international) 0–2 years of experience in legal roles (law firm or in‑house) Strong interest in commercial and corporate law Good understanding of contracts and business law principles Strong written and communication skills High attention to detail and organisational skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with technology or SaaS companies Knowledge of data protection (GDPR) Previous internship in a law firm or corporate legal department
