Job Description

A Junior Installation Technician is required to support the installation and maintenance of living and replica plant displays through the UK. Based from head office in Leeds, you will join a team of experienced Technicians, preparing, loading, installing displays within a wide range of corporate buildings. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 7am till 4pm.

Overnight stays and travel will be required most weeks.\nSayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for this permanent role. It is a great opportunity to join a team who will offer great training and support for your career.\nYou will be trained in horticulture, installations, customer service, health and safety and basic joinery.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Assist with preparing of materials and equipment for each job, ensuring accurate picking and movement of delicate and heavy items.\n * Checking of paperwork and records, following strict processes to ensure successful planning and prevention of problems.\n * Onsite installations of displays and features under the guidance and training of experienced colleagues.\n * Overcoming logistical challenges and site challenges to ensure seamless delivery and installation.\n * Client communication on their sites ensuring positive customer experience\n * Health and safety and quality checks and process to be followed throughout each stage\nRequirements:\n * Full UK driving licence and ideally over the of 25 for vehicle insurance reasons.\n * Experience in labouring, horticulture, installations or construction.\n * Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.\n * This role requires significant travel in the UK, Monday to Friday.
