Junior Graphic Designer (Junior Content Panda)

Location: Radcliffe Office-based (flexible hours)

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Price Panda is growing, and we are now recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our Content Manager and help expand our creative output.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone passionate about visual content, brand storytelling, and social media. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and willing to assist with both creative and operational content tasks.

Over time, this role offers significant room for growth — with the aim of developing into a specialist content role, working as direct creative support to our team (or as we call it internally, a Junior Content Panda).

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, edit and manage product photography and lifestyle imagery
• Create social media content (short-form video, photography, graphics)
• Assist with banner design, email visuals and digital marketing materials
• Support content planning, scheduling and trend research
• Participate in content shoots — both behind and in front of the camera
• Provide general creative and operational support to the wider team

We are looking for someone who is:

• Creative, proactive, and passionate about content and brand identity
• Positive, confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and contribute ideas from day one
• Comfortable being filmed and occasionally appearing on camera
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva and AI tools.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
