Junior Field Service Engineer - Fire Alarm Installations

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service radio-linked fire alarm systems on construction sites.

Full product training will be provided. Previous experience with fire alarm systems or radio-linked security systems would be advantageous, particularly if you have strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

This is a field-based role involving extensive travel and regular driving. Flexibility for early starts and overtime is required.

Key responsibilities include:

* Installation and servicing of wireless fire alarm systems on active construction sites

* Fault finding and troubleshooting on-site

* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

* Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site regulations

* Accurate completion of job documentation

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

* Motivated, reliable, and committed to high standards

* Comfortable with nationwide travel and regular driving

* Willing to work overtime when required

* Customer-focused with strong communication skills

* Experienced working on construction sites

* A CSCS card holder (or willing to obtain one)

* In possession of a full, clean UK driving licence
