Junior Estimator / Pre-Contract Manager – Surrey

Salary: £50,000 + Package + Commission

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset to develop their skills in design coordination, cost management, and tender processes. You’ll work closely with senior team members to ensure projects are prepared for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in taking IT, AV, and MEP Services briefs
• Support review of Employer’s Requirements and building survey analysis
• Help coordinate design and tender submissions
• Contribute to costings and programme development
• Liaise with subcontractors during pre-construction stage
• Assist in preparing specifications and summary cost reports
• Support health & safety planning and sustainability aspects
• Participate in preparing contract documentation and handover packs
