Junior Electronics EngineerLocation: Lincoln, LincolnshireAn opportunity has arisen for a Junior Electronics Engineer to join a highly specialised engineering organisation developing advanced RF and antenna technologies. The company is expanding its R&D capability in Lincoln and is building a small, high-performance technical team focused on solving complex electromagnetic and RF system challenges.This role is suited to a recently qualified or early-career engineer with a strong grounding in electromagnetics or microwave engineering who is eager to work on technically demanding projects in a fast-paced development environment.Main Responsibilities of the Junior Electronics Engineer (Lincoln):Support the design and development of antenna systems across HF to SHF frequenciesPerform electromagnetic simulation and optimisation of antenna structuresAssist in RF circuit design including filters, amplifiers, and switching networksContribute to PCB layout and detailed design activitiesBuild, modify, and test RF and antenna prototypesConduct antenna measurements and support validation activitiesAssist with mixed-signal and system-level development tasksSupport modelling and performance analysis (e.G.
