About the Role Our client, a growing company, is seeking a Junior Developer to join their ambitious tech team. You’ll work on real production systems from day one, building internal tools, automation pipelines, and AI-powered solutions that directly impact the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and automation tools (Node.js & Python)
* Work with AI-assisted development and LLM-powered workflows
* Integrate third-party platforms (payments, email, property systems)
* Develop data processing scripts and reporting pipelines
* Support Microsoft 365 integrations and internal tooling
* Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing systems
Key Skills
* Python (scripting, automation, data handling)
* JavaScript / Node.js (or willingness to learn)
* REST APIs, JSON, and Git version control
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
* Exposure to AI/LLM APIs
* Frameworks (Flask, Django, Express)
* Cloud platforms (AWS, Render, Netlify)
* Automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
* Microsoft 365 / Graph API experience
