Are you a highly motivated, adaptable, and naturally excellent communicator ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital marketing? We're looking to bring on a new Junior Client Success Rep. to play a critical role in our Client Success experience, reporting directly to our Head of Client Success.

What you’ll be doing
Client Communication & Support: Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients. Provide quick, clear, and professional day-to-day support via chat and phone, troubleshooting issues and ensuring alignment on project status and deliverables.
Onboarding & Reporting: Learn to lead initial client onboarding calls. Schedule and conduct regular progress calls to review campaign performance and communicate next steps clearly.
Relationship Management: Build strong, positive client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Content & Materials: Assist in preparing client-facing materials like presentations and performance reports.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records, manage project trackers/CRM, and document all communications.
Industry & Research: Proactively stay current on digital marketing trends (SEO, PPC, content, etc.) and conduct market/competitor research to inform client strategies.
Project Management: Support the Client Success Team in monitoring project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of client work.
What we’re looking for
Exceptional Communication (Verbal & Written): Crystal-clear articulation, simple explanation of complex concepts, and impeccable spelling/punctuation.
Fast Learner & Adaptable: Proven ability to quickly and independently learn new skills and processes.
Technical Proficiency: Competence with basic technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
What we offer
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
Work Style: Fully-remote with flexible working hours.
