About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team, where you will support and help manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

This is an office-based position, designed to provide close support, mentoring, and ongoing training to help you develop your skills and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
Managing multiple cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care
Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case progression
Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional manner
Drafting documents and using case management systems effectively

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Are working towards a Junior Conveyancer role or already in a similar position
Possess strong organisational and communication skills
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy workload
Are confident using legal systems and digital tools
Can work both independently and as part of a teamDesirable (not essential):

Formal conveyancing qualifications (e.g. CLC, LPC, or equivalent)
Experience handling client communications and preparing legal documents
