What you’ll be doing as a Junior Business Development Manager

* Identifying and reaching out to new business opportunities

* Building relationships with prospective clients

* Supporting onboarding of new customers

* Working closely with account managers to develop opportunities

* Tracking leads, pipeline, and sales activity

* Researching market trends and spotting growth areas

What we’re looking for from our Junior Business Development Manager

* 1+ year experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role

* Confident, proactive, and target-driven

* Strong communication and organisation skills

* Eager to learn and develop in a sales environment

* Interest in manufacturing/technical sectors is a bonus
