The opportunity

Join a friendly, collaborative new business team supporting customers with listed household and mid–high net worth insurance needs. You’ll learn hands‑on working alongside experienced brokers to progress toward full broker responsibility over time.

What you’ll do

• Work cases across multiple insurer/MGA portals: submit and compare quotes, ensuring customers receive the most appropriate cover options.
• Keep cases moving chase underwriters/insurers for responses and proactively remove blockers.
• Clarify customer details: follow up by phone/email to confirm proposal specifics
• Handle simpler quotes independently: take ownership of straightforward/low‑complexity risks to build confidence and speed.

What you’ll bring

• Ideally 6–12+ months’ household broking or adjacent insurance experience.
• Comfortable learning insurer portals.
• Clear, professional customer service experience over phone and email.
• Strong resilience and organisation skills, able to thrive amid lively volumes and team targets.
