Junior Baker Wanted We are a small independent business located in the heart of Kentish Town. We produce a small range of beautiful artisan products to the highest standards. We are currently looking for a junior baker to join our growing team. You will have at least 6 months of experience with baking, with a passion to learn more and grow in your career. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who perhaps has experience with some forms of baking or cooking, and is looking to expand upon their knowledge and learn sourdough and viennoiserie as well. This is a full time position (5 days per week, 9 hours per day) to begin as soon as possible. You will be responsible for all aspects of the production from start to finish - a great opportunity to learn parts of the baking that you may have less experience with. What we are looking for:

At least 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen or bakery environment. A passion for the industry and a love of all things baking, particularly sourdough and viennoiserie Willingness to learn and to get involved in all aspects of the role including baking, pastry production, prepping and cleaning High standards of working and a drive to always try to make things better A kind and caring attitude towards your colleagues and customers
