The chosen candidate should already have a foundational set of knowledge and credentials in quantity surveying as a graduate with ideally between 1- 3 years working as a junior or assistant surveyor with a degree in Quantity Surveying (desirable).
Quantity Surveyor Duties:
Cost estimation, contract management, risk assessment, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.
