Junior Accountant – Luxury Hospitality & Restaurant Sector

Location: Croydon, South London (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Private Healthcare, 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

About the Role:
Join a global leader in outsourced accountancy services for the hospitality industry.

Work with exciting luxury restaurant groups, Michelin-starred establishments and boutique hotels —supporting their financials while learning from industry experts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Assist accountants with client accounts and reporting

* Prepare reconciliations, journals, and month-end processes

* Support payroll and supplier payments

* Liaise with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships

* Learn hospitality-specific systems and processes

What We’re Looking For:

* Accounting foundation, or part-qualified accountant (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or

* Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn

* Tech-savvy and comfortable with accounting software

* Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
