About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing professional services business operating within the Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Junior Account Manager to develop long-term client relationships, manage contracts, and support account growth within a regulated environment.
This role suits someone confident with clients, highly organised, and keen to build a career in account management, client services, and professional services .
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
Own client contracts including renewals, compliance and service delivery
Build strong, professional relationships to drive retention and growth
Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or products
Manage and coordinate projects across internal teams
Prepare and present MI reports, performance updates and forecasts
Support client-facing events, webinars and marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and account documentation
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Support onboarding and training of new colleagues
Required Skills & Experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in client meetings and stakeholder management
Excellent organisation and project management ability
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities
Understanding of client contracts and service agreements
Professional, adaptable and self-motivated approach
Desirable Experience Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
Previous experience in account management or client services
Experience managing contract renewals
Exposure to mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
