Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with existing customers, becoming a trusted point of contact for their day-to-day needs
  • Support clients in getting the most value from the platform, helping them achieve their goals and grow their business
  • Work closely with senior account managers to learn best practices in client management and commercial strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling in a natural, consultative way
  • Deliver engaging product demos and walkthroughs to showcase new features and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
