The Role

You will focus on nurturing and developing existing client relationships, ensuring they receive an excellent experience at every stage of their journey. You’ll act as a key point of contact, helping clients get the most value from the company’s services while identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new accounts
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand partnerships
  • Keep CRM systems updated and manage client activity effectively
