Kick-start your broking career with H&H Insurance Brokers Were looking for a proactive, organised and detail-focused individual to join our small team at our Kirkby Stephen Office in Cumbria as a Junior Account Handler .

This role is ideal for someone starting out in the insurance industry or looking to take the next step from an administrative, customer service or junior broking role.

Youll provide vital support to our Account Handler, Broker and Associate Director while developing the technical skills and confidence needed to grow into a full Account Handler role.

What youll be doing Youll play a key part in delivering an efficient, professional and friendly service to our clients.

Typical responsibilities include: Working with our team of Account Handlers to answer telephone and email queries.

Preparing and issuing policy documentation including New Business packs, Renewals and Mid-Term Adjustments.

Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and manage key timelines.

Supporting the team with debt management & keeping files up to date.

Essential Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise when under pressure.

Comfortable working with data and documentation.
