We are seeking an experienced Creative Senior Project Manager with a strong medical communications background and proven ability to manage complex digital and creative workflows. This client-facing role requires excellent communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Locations Ukraine, Poland, UK, European countries. Job Responsibilities

Project Intake & Brief Assessment

Receive and assess creative and digital project requests from internal client teams. Review and refine briefs to ensure clarity and completeness. Identify missing details and formulate follow-up questions. Translate requests into clear project structures, timelines, and actionable tasks.

Workflow & Resource Management

Manage project delivery using Hive project management platform. Apply planning and tracking methods including Gantt planning, Kanban task management, and resource allocation. Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accurate timelines, documentation, and delivery tracking.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Client Services, Designers, Developers, and PMO leadership. Translate client needs into structured project activities for creative and digital teams. Ensure strong alignment and transparent communication across all stakeholders.

Project Execution & Delivery

Oversee the full lifecycle of digital and creative deliverables. Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and medical-communications compliance. Identify and proactively address risks, blockers, and scope changes.

Stakeholder & Client Communication

Act as a key client-facing contact for project planning, workflow, and updates. Communicate timelines, progress, and risks clearly and proactively. Build strong professional relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
