We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a joinery fit-out project in London, overseeing a specialist door installation. The role will involve managing door surveying, quality checks, and installation to ensure compliance and a perfect finish.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven background in Joinery and Door Installation

• Experience in door surveying and quality assurance

• Strong IT skills – particularly Excel and Microsoft Office

• Clear, confident communication skills in English – written and spoken

Qualifications

  • Project management, site supervision, and leadership skills
  • NVQ level 4 or above
  • Experience in joinery, fit-out, or construction industry
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations, quality control, and compliance standards
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, joinery, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
