Temporary Assignment Overview This temporary assignment will be working at Airbnb, and may involve working at an Airbnb site. You will be contracted through Magnit Global, a UK registered employment business (company registration number 05537535). Senior Supply Manager – Experiences The Senior Supply Manager drives the acquisition of scaled experiences and account management of top producing accounts in their assigned region. You are responsible for overall supply health and partner‑lifecycle of operator‑led supply within your designated destinations—from sourcing the right curated supply to onboarding and through to partner optimization and growth. The role balances cross‑functional needs of design, business, legal and leadership teams to develop a strong supply marketplace and serves as a champion for Airbnb Experiences externally. Responsibilities
Industry Awareness, Trend‑Spotting & Sourcing – Identify and source key people, experts and activities that are core to the city’s identity and culture, stay updated on industry trends, and build city‑ and region‑specific lead lists to locate off‑the‑beaten‑path experiences. Sales & Acquisition – Acquire existing and co‑created experiences by effectively pitching the value proposition, developing concepts and run‑of‑show, managing leads through internal funnels, tracking systems, tools, and reporting on output. Own the book of business and accelerate acquisition with creative solutions. Optimization & Retention – Orient hosts through 3–6 months on‑platform, providing technical, optimisation and growth best practices such as pricing and run‑of‑show. Retain hosts through ramp‑up via online and IRL mechanisms to drive business success for priority hosts. Communication & Collaboration – Provide regular project updates and actionable feedback to cross‑functional leads, size issues, collaborate with peers and leadership, and create compelling business cases for removing blockers. Tracking & Reporting – Ensure 100 % accurate data hygiene across all tracking systems, and report on performance trends with a solution‑oriented mindset while staying current on best practices and trainings. Quality & Brand Alignment – Ensure sourced supply meets the quality bar to deliver against the Experiences vision and aligns leads with taste and quality measures set by stakeholders.
Qualifications
8+ years in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales‑related roles. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Deep knowledge of travel, entertainment, pop culture, art, food & beverage trends in your city and broader region. Sharp eye for spotting cultural trends, assessing quality and staying ahead of market shifts. Skilled at delivering for cross‑functional teams and fostering trust across creative, technical and business disciplines. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and organizational tools such as Airtable. Accountable for results with a proven ability to deliver against KPIs and business targets. Thrives in ambiguity, can pivot quickly, and is motivated by changing strategies and scope.
