Java Solution Architect (DV CLEARED) Contract Type: Contractor Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire - fully on site Rate: £600 per day inside IR35 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Contract duration: 6 months+ Mandatory: DV Clearance active (will not consider non-cleared professionals) We are seeking a Java Solution Architect to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can re-prioritise tasks based on customer needs. You will be responsible for designing, creating, testing, and documenting new and amended Java programs in line with agreed standards. Day-to-day of the role: Work closely with other Java developers and technical subject matter experts as part of a SAFE Agile team. Design and develop high-quality Java solutions for both an established system and a new system currently under development. Provide application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the applications or to service delivery functions. Participate in SAFE Agile events such as retrospectives, reviews, and planning. Work under the direction of the lead Java Developer, with minimal supervision, to produce high-quality Java solutions.
