Key Responsibilities: Technical Product Development, Client Engagement and Project Leadership

Build relationships with clients and prospective clients by understanding their needs
Collaborate with internal teams a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and designers to tailor solutions to market-specific requirements
Use your fluency in Japanese and English to foster strong relationships and drive technical collaboration
Required Skills and Experiences:
Strong academic background in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, Physics)
Fluent in both Japanese and English
Deep cultural awareness of Japanese business practices and client relationship management
Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or medical technology environments
