My client is a leading hospitality business and they are looking for a Head Chef to open their new premium Japanese fusion restaurant in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
For this Head Chef role, I am looking for a candidate who:
Has experience cooking Japanese food in a premium environment

Possesses the experience of managing BOH teams

Has the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders

Is looking to grow with this forward thinking company
