The Opportunity In this exciting role you will: Build rapport with customers to assess their needs and make recommendations for suitable JLR products and premium services to meet those needs; Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve sales and profit targets; Upsell accessories and additional aftersales services; Play a key role in proactively contacting both new and existing customers (by phone, online and face to face) and following up leads to generate sales and repeat business; Create customer appointments, schedule test drives and arrange handover appointments.
