Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and developnewbusinessopportunitieswithin thesoft asset finance market.

• Build strong, lastingrelationships withmanufacturers, distributors, and vendors.

• Manage a profitable portfolio while continuously seeking avenues forgrowthand innovation.

• Operate as aproactive new businesshunter, developing the vendor channel and soft asset markets.

Candidate Profile:

• Provenexperience inAsset Finance, particularly withinsoft assetsectors.

• Sound commercial awareness and understanding of thefinancing industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial products includingleases, hire purchase (HP), and loans.

• Highly self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Willingness totraveland work remotely across theNorth Westregion.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience must beUK-based– applications without relevantin-country experiencewillnotbe considered.

• Background in Financial Services, especially withinAsset Finance and Leasing, isstrongly preferred.
