The Lister Fertility Clinic is a highly respected, specialist service dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through every stage of their fertility journey. Working within a compassionate, multidisciplinary team, the clinic combines clinical excellence with genuinely personalised care. This role sits at the heart of the service, helping ensure clinics run smoothly while patients feel informed, supported and cared for throughout their experience.As an Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the clinic operating efficiently and seamlessly. From managing patient enquiries and appointment changes to maintaining accurate medical records and supporting the nursing and clinical teams, your work will directly contribute to an exceptional patient experience. No two days will be the same - you'll be liaising with a wide range of professionals, supporting the coordination of treatments, and ensuring patients receive timely, clear communication at what can be a life‑changing time for them. Others may think this is a role within our admin team, but to us you'll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What you'll do:Answering the nursing phone line, managing non-clinical queries and appointment changes and escalating clinical queries ensuring patients are supported in a timely mannerSending initial consent forms and emails to patients and partners in order to start treatmentLiaise with clinicians, nurses and paramedical staff to enhance patients' treatment and careAssist with maintaining all stores and equipment; requisitioning supplies, repairs and replacements as requiredTo enter patient information and treatment cycles on the computer and maintain and update as requiredResolve complaints where possible and/or escalate to the LFCP Manager or senior staff if necessary What you'll bring: Previous Administration experience within a Fertility Clinic is essentialExcellent customer service skillsComputer literateExcellent communication skillsWhy HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world's leading healthcare providers.
