A highly respected international law firm based in London is seeking an experienced Italian-speaking Legal PA to join their busy litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and polished PA or Legal Secretary fluent in Italian, with a strong background in litigation or corporate law.
In this role, you'll provide high-level support to senior lawyers, managing diaries, travel, billing, and client communications. You'll also assist with matter openings and closings, KYC and AML processes, and help with business development and client engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will be degree-calibre, highly organised, and confident liaising at senior levels. Strong MS Office skills are essential, and experience using legal systems such as iManage, Intapp Open, InterAction, or Elite 3E would be an advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working - three days in the office and two from home. During the initial onboarding period, office attendance will be required five days a week. The salary on offer is £41,000 – £46,500, depending on experience, along with a competitive benefits package and the chance to join a high-performing, collaborative team.
