Role: Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator
Location: Edinburgh/Hybrid
Hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Salary: up to £31,000 DOE plus bonuses and benefits!
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator to join our travel team.
Key Requirements as an Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator:
- Fluent in English plus Italian.
- Minimum 1 year experience with a DMC, tour operator in group or FIT, or hotel reservations/operations.
- Strong knowledge of the UK (Ireland a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Confident in Excel; Tourplan knowledge is a bonus.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced travel environment.
Role Overview as an Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator:
- Manage client bookings and tour operations from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to deliver outstanding service.
- Prepare itineraries, rooming lists, vouchers, and ensure all logistical details are accurate.
- Monitor budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and maximize margins without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate operational records and support team members when needed.
- Participate in familiarization trips and occasional emergency cover during peak season. xbpsjku
