Well established inbound tour operator seeking a creative Italian speaking travel professional to join an energetic team curating unforgettable itineraries for the European market visiting the UK & Ireland.

Role: Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator Location: Edinburgh/Hybrid Hours: Mon-Fri office hours Salary: up to £31,000 DOE plus bonuses and benefits! We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator to join our travel team.

Key Requirements as an Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator: Fluent in English plus Italian .

Minimum 1 year experience with a DMC, tour operator in group or FIT, or hotel reservations/operations.

Strong knowledge of the UK (Ireland a plus).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Confident in Excel ; Tourplan knowledge is a bonus.

Flexible, team-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced travel environment.

Role Overview as an Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator: Manage client bookings and tour operations from start to finish.

Liaise with clients and suppliers to deliver outstanding service.

Prepare itineraries, rooming lists, vouchers, and ensure all logistical details are accurate.

Monitor budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and maximize margins without compromising quality.

Maintain accurate operational records and support team members when needed.

Participate in familiarization trips and occasional emergency cover during peak season. xbpsjku
