Your new role Maintain timely collections of cash from customers. Ensure blocked orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ensure all work is correctly documented for weekly management reviews. Prepare accounts for pre legal action. Provide cover as and when required for other team members Support sales in speedy resolution of customers disputes. Assist FSS in the allocation of cash and BACS receipts. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have good communication skills with excellent attention to detail. It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate and possess excellent organisational skills. The candidate must be fluent in Italian.
