Our client operates a hybrid working model, offering flexibility to work remotely for part of the week alongside three days of office attendance.

The Role

  • Assisting with anti‑piracy initiatives and awareness campaigns in collaboration with internal communications and marketing teams
  • Liaising with external counsel, law enforcement bodies and broadcasting partners across multiple jurisdictions
  • Supporting engagement with policy makers and regulators to ensure adequate legislative frameworks exist to protect media rights
  • Contributing to a broader global enforcement strategy in collaboration with colleagues across international offices
  • This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cross‑border IP enforcement matters within a fast‑paced international environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with approximately 5 years’ post‑qualification experience
  • Strong academic background and legal training from a recognised law firm or reputable in‑house team
  • Solid understanding of intellectual property law
  • Experience in litigation or contentious matters, ideally including IP enforcement
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach to problem solving
