Investment Sales Support - French Speaking


Duties & Responsibilities


Managing client intelligence

  • Structure and complete the information on existing clients in the CRM (by location, interest in particular products)
  • Regularly read newsfeeds of client magazines/general news and use the info for generating new opportunities or updating existing relationships
  • Generate new contact opportunities from the CRM for the European director
  • Generate new contact opportunities from LinkedIn
  • Manage newsletter registrations for clients
  • Manage LinkedIn relationships and posts of the European director


Sales and roadshow support

  • Generate target lists in each area of the European region
  • Find locations for teach-ins
  • Call clients to ask for participation
  • Develop an itinerary
  • Help prepare meetings with materials
  • Assist with travel booking
  • Follow-up on roadshow with materials
  • Alternatively book online webcalls
  • Respond to retail investor inquiries


Webinar support

  • Set up new webinars
  • Invite clients to webinars
  • Set up presentation for webinars
  • Help moderating the webinars
  • Follow-up key clients


Event support

  • Coordinate with pan-European marketing on event participation and sponsoring
  • Set up event presence, physically source event with materials and staff
  • Attend events in the European region
  • Follow-up events

Marketing support

  • Coordinate with pan-European marketing on campaigns and events in the European region
  • Help marketing with contacts and content for ad campaigns and event presence
  • Watch activities of competitors in European region

Content creation

  • Maintain versions of product and sales presentations
  • Help setting up content for newsletter and Social Media in



Education and Experience

  • At least two years of experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Must be French speaking
  • ETF experience through own investment/savings plan and experience with online brokers
  • Personal experience with crypto investments is a plus
  • IT: Microsoft Office, Cloud Teamworking Tools (MS-teams, OneDrive, Trello optionally), Adobe illustrator optionally
