We are recruiting for a boutique financial services business based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. They are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join their team specialising in Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) funds, supporting early-stage UK businesses and delivering tax-efficient opportunities to investors.

This person would take a leading role in the origination, execution, and management of EIS investments and support ongoing regulatory, compliance and operational oversight.

Responsibilities Lead the identification, assessment, and execution of EIS-qualifying investments. Manage portfolio companies, including monitoring performance, supporting governance, and executing follow-on strategies or exits. Liaise with advisers, founders, legal counsel, and the internal compliance team. Serve as an FCA-approved person under a relevant SMF (e.g., SMF3 Executive Director or SMF27 Investment Management). Ensure ongoing compliance with FCA rules, AML regulations, GDPR, and internal policies. Support investor communications, reporting, and periodic fund valuations. Contribute to strategy, fundraising activity, and product development.
